25. Make Someone a Mixtape
When you love music as much as I do, making mixes is inevitably something that you want to do for every occasion. Whether a mix for a crush, a mix for someones birthday, or a mix of really awesome songs you just HAVE to share with someone, making a mix just brings a music lover SO much joy.
I didn’t think I’d end up crossing this goal off the list so quickly, as I was sure that my next mix endeavor was going to end up being for a boy. Not only did it not end up being for a boy, it ended up being an anti-love mix for one of my newest and awesomest friends, Katie.
Filled with anti-love and “I’m better off without you” songs, it was titled “Katie is Awesome, Boys are Lame”, and I drew a cute cupcake on the cover. I unfortunately don’t have a picture of it to include, but I do have the tracklist. It ended up being an excellent soundtrack to our drunken girls night with a bunch of really great ladies, and I’m glad that it could contribute to a night of making Katie feel better.
